These terms apply between you and Drivewithease Ltd when you use this website to obtain a quote or purchase a temporary motor insurance policy. This is placeholder text for demonstration purposes.

1. About our service

Drivewithease is an insurance intermediary. We arrange short-term motor insurance underwritten by our panel of FCA-authorised insurers. We do not provide advice or personal recommendations.

2. Eligibility

• You must be aged 19 to 75 and resident in the United Kingdom.
• You must hold a valid full UK, EU or accepted international driving licence.
• You must have the registered keeper's permission to drive the vehicle.
• The vehicle must be roadworthy, taxed and have a valid MOT where required.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 24 hours and are based on the information you provide. If that information is inaccurate, your policy may be voided or a claim declined.

4. Payment

Premiums are payable in full at the point of purchase. The quoted total includes Insurance Premium Tax.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before cover starts for a full refund. Once cover is live, short-term policies are non-refundable because the full term of cover has been provided.

6. Your responsibilities

You must tell us promptly if any detail changes before cover begins, and comply with the policy conditions set out in your policy wording.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Complaints

Email complaints@drivewithease.co.uk. If we cannot resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
